Due to the size and growth of the Altonaer Silberwerkstatt, the desire arose to develop another sales channel – the Knife Lounge.

Our mission

The Altonaer Silberwerkstatt is a specialised shop for silver, knives and cutlery in Hamburg-Altona. In addition to a huge range of products, the traditional craft has been kept alive here for over 140 years. From the conception and design of advertising materials to the expansion of the shop, we have been supporting ASW for quite some time and have achieved several milestones together.

Challenge

Due to the size and growth of the Altonaer Silberwerkstatt, the desire arose to develop an additional sales channel - the Knife Lounge. This is a feel-good oasis for knife fans, including a cosy armchair and specialist literature in a comfortable atmosphere. The showroom contains fascinating knives from all over the world and takes the viewer on an exciting journey.

The challenge was to develop a coherent and user-friendly link between the existing shop and the Knife Lounge as an additional sales channel. At the same time, the new online shop had to fulfil the changing requirements of the digital world.

This not only strengthens the company's brand image, but also customer loyalty.
