The collaboration with Digital Masters aimed to develop a strong (employer) brand for ETT Elektrotechnik Team GmbH to increase brand awareness and attract skilled craftsmen, addressing the challenges of the skilled labor shortage.

Challenge

ETT Elektrotechnik Team GmbH planned to hire two to three electricians for the 2024 construction site, as well as a construction manager. The goal was to optimize the website, increase brand awareness, improve sales and profitability, and potentially acquire new customers.
