As Germany's first online specialist retailer for electrical materials and electrical installations, elektroland24 was once a pioneer. Since 2003, the company has been offering an extensive range of over 40,000 certified, renowned manufacturers. This makes it one of the largest mail order companies in this sector today.
In the course of continuous growth and increasing demands in the B2C electrical retail sector, elektroland24 wanted a modern, high-performance web store.
The aim was to create a powerful and modern store system with a high degree of customization. The new system had to be scalable, promote visibility and trust and at the same time synchronize the store processes - from warehousing to shipping - with Microtech ERP. The biggest challenge was to structure the numerous product areas in a meaningful way and at the same time present the high technical complexity in a user-friendly way.
The new system impresses with a modern, flexible UI, high performance and an improved user experience. The store structure has been clearly organized and enriched in terms of content, which has led to a significant increase in visibility on Google. The ERP connection ensures smooth processes, while the dashboard provides management with real-time insights.
