Our mission
Pro-Getränke is a network of medium-sized beverage retailers in Germany. As a strong community, PRO-GETRÄNKE offers its members central services, purchasing advantages, and a platform for exchange between trade and industry.
Trade fairs used to be the meeting place for new members, suppliers, and retailers, but these could not take place during the coronavirus pandemic. However, we had a very clever idea: an online trade fair platform.
After an intensive development phase, beverage retailers and suppliers were finally able to meet again – in full compliance with coronavirus regulations. Digital like a pro.
Challenge
The aim of the project was to completely digitize trade fair and ordering processes while retaining the personal character and efficiency of traditional trade fairs.
Solution
Phase 1 – Requirements definition
- Workshop on goals, functions, roles, permissions, and technical roadmap

- Concept for the ProNET platform, including UX structure
- Role and permission management

- Implementation of the digital trade fair platform based on Laravel and Vue.js with trade fair catalog, ordering function, ERP synchronization, and automated communication

Effect
ProNET created a powerful digital trade fair and ordering platform for PRO-GETRÄNKE that enabled personal interaction between retailers and suppliers even under pandemic conditions.
The platform combines trade fairs, catalogs, ordering, and ERP systems in one central solution. Processes were efficiently digitized thanks to the clear role and authorization structure, intuitive user guidance, and seamless system integration.
