PREUSS MESSE Baugesellschaft GmbH, based in Holm near Hamburg, is one of the most traditional trade fair construction companies in Germany. PREUSS has been realising individual brand presentations at national and international trade fairs for over 175 years.
The number of leads needed to increase significantly – both in quantity and quality. It became clear that the brand required further development, the communication needed to be more sharply focused on the target audience, and the website had to be transformed into a lead-generating platform.
The goals were to make the brand fit for the future, realign external communication and strengthen competitiveness – with a clear focus on increasing leads. At the same time, it was necessary to reorganise internal structures, formulate a common mission statement and position PREUSS as a relevant, modern brand in a changing market.
