Alenus GmbH is a digital technology company that develops analog/digital customer loyalty systems and matching billing systems for companies in the retail and wholesale sectors of the consumer goods industry.
For our client Alenus, we developed the progressive web app “Bottle-O” including a corporate identity concept, as well as a data-driven online marketing concept with a clear channel strategy, KPI definition, budget recommendation, and roadmap. The goal was the strategic preparation and implementation of a holistic tracking and performance setup to increase app visits and measurably optimize all marketing measures.
The strategically developed online marketing and tracking concept created a robust database that enables targeted performance management and transparent performance measurement. This made it possible to systematically increase the visibility of the app and optimize marketing measures efficiently and based on KPIs.
Introduction of a new e-commerce system and further professionalization of the online presence.
